This Site and the services offered are reserved for people over the age of eighteen. The Data Controller does not process personal data relating to individuals under the age of 18. At the request of such Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected.

1. The Data Controller

The Data Controller is the company Queen Moda Snc, Via Durece 86, Positano (SA), Partiva IVA number IT02413880655, which determines the purposes and means of the treatment. The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint a web agency as Data Processor of the personal data processed for purposes of technical assistance and management, maintenance and the like of this Site, whose references may be communicated on request. The Data Controller and the Data Processor process the Users' data also thanks to their duly authorized internal Data Processors.


2. Nature of data processed 

Navigation Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could allow Users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. 3. Optionality of data provision

  • the opposition to any automated decision-making process;

  • the revocation of any consent given, where applicable (it should be noted that the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation);

6. Communication of personal data 

For exclusively organizational and functional needs and for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of our services, personal data may be made available to third companies, contractually linked to the Data Controller, which perform specific services, as Data Processors (for example forwarding agents or companies that perform activities or provide marketing services). These subjects will process the data provided exclusively on behalf of Queen Moda Snc. and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with the limits of the law.
Personal data will not be communicated, transferred or transferred to third parties for purposes not permitted by law or without express consent. In addition to the companies acting as data processors, personal data are also made available to third parties who process the data autonomously solely for the purpose of executing the contract for the purchase of products on the Site and for purposes ancillary and related to the provision of services requested by the user, for example, for transactions relating to purchases, the credit institution for the execution of electronic payment services at a distance, by credit/debit card.

7. Data retention period

Personal data are processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes and purposes listed above.
The criteria used to determine the conservation period are established by:

  1. specific rules of law, which regulate the activity of Queen Moda Snc.;

  2. from the period of subscription to promotional newsletters, in the absence of voluntary unsubscription;

  3. the tax regulations regarding the processing of administrative-accounting data (10 years); in particular, for financial data (e.g. payments, refunds, etc.) the retention period required by applicable tax and accounting laws is applied.

With reference to the data collected for commercial purposes, however, the details of purchases referred to identifiable users are kept for 12 months (from the date of acquisition of such information) for the purpose of sending targeted commercial communications (profiling) and for 24 months for the purpose of carrying out direct marketing activities.
The data subject to profiling, therefore, may be kept for this purpose only for a period not exceeding twelve months from their registration, except for the actual transformation into anonymous form that does not allow, even indirectly or by connecting other databases, to identify the persons concerned (the profiling activity will be carried out using data strictly necessary to achieve the stated purposes).
Finally, the customer's personal data may be kept even until the time allowed by Italian law to protect the legitimate interests of the Data Controller company (art. 2947, co. 1 and 3 c.c.).

This Privacy Policy is governed by European law and Italian law (Personal Data Protection Code, Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments) governing the processing of personal data of users of this Site.
