5. Purpose of cookie’s installation

The data that the User concerned transmits to the Company will be processed for the following purposes, connected to the service offered and exclusively within it:

  • for being added into the company's databases;

  • for internal statistics;

  • to issue transport documents, invoices and credit notes;

  • for the keeping of ordinary accounts and VAT;

  • for the management of receipts and payments;

  • for the delivery of products ordered on the Site;

The processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Privacy Code, i.e. through collection, recording, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
The processing is carried out both with computerized instruments, including automated ones, and with analogical instruments, adopting the appropriate security measures, aimed at preventing unlawful use or loss of data, as well as unauthorized access.

7. Types of data collected

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the User.

Data voluntarily sent by the User

If the User sends communications to the Company, the relevant address is acquired, as well as any data contained in the communication.

8. Nature of personal data collected

The provision of data to the Company is mandatory, as it is necessary to deliver the Service, for the purposes set out in point 1. Therefore, if data are not provided, it will be impossible for the Company to deliver their Service.

9. Personal data communication and dissemination

The personal data of the User concerned may be disclosed to third parties where necessary:

  • To all subjects, both public and private, to whom access to the personal data of the data subject is permitted by law or by order of the administrative and/or judicial authorities

  • To the data processors, employees, collaborators and suppliers of the Company, within the scope of their duties and existing contractual relationship with them, for the performance of contractual obligations with the User

  • Banking institutions for the management of receipts and payments

10. User rights

According to article 7 of the Privacy Code, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form. You have the right to be informed of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the Data Controller, manager and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to be informed of: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

These rights can be exercised by the interested party with a request addressed without formality to the Data Controller to whom suitable feedback is provided without delay.
