Returns and Refunds

Return procedure

From the day of delivery of the order, the Customer has 14 days to request a return, whatever the reason.

Before sending back the goods, the Customer must request the Return Authorisation by e-mail to info@queenmodapositano.com. At the end of the Return Request procedure, a number will be assigned to identify the Customer's return in the following steps.

Conditions for making the return

For the return to be accepted, it is necessary that the articles meet the following conditions:

Be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition;

Be returned with all original labels still attached and intact;

Be returned with the original packaging;

Be returned from the same country where the order was delivered.

How to return

1. Return for refund

If the purchased product does not satisfy the customer, the customer may request a return for refund. Please note, however, that the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear/undergarments/underwear for hygienic reasons

Personalised items

You will need to request return authorisation no later than 14 days after purchase.
