General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definition and subject matter of the Contract

1.1 This contract (hereinafter, the "Contract") is governed by article 50 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"). The purpose of this contract is the sale of movable goods between the Company Queen Moda Snc, Via Durece 86, 84017 Positano (SA), P.IVA IT02413880655 ("Queen Moda") and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is understood to be concluded with the acceptance by Queen Moda Snc. of the purchase order issued by the Customer from the Internet page www.queenmodapositano.com ("Site"), on the basis of the methods described in article 3 below.

1.2 These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Queen Moda during the sale and shown on the Site, will remain in force until they are amended and/or supplemented by Queen Moda. Any amendments and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of these General Terms and Conditions is the one available on the Site.

2. Prices

2.1 The sales prices of the products sold on the Site are inclusive of VAT and/or any other taxes. Delivery costs will be calculated during the sale.

2.2 The prices of all products are inclusive of VAT and/or any other possible tax. In addition to the price of the product at the end of the purchasing process, the possible cost of shipping according to the address of the Customer shall be taken into account.

3. Terms of Purchase and Payment

3.1 The Contract is concluded upon payment by sending the order confirmation to the Customer.

3.2 The Customer has 24 hours to withdraw from the contract by obtaining a full refund, without penalty and without specifying a reason.

3.3 The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods: credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. No commission shall be charged to the Customer for the chosen means of payment.

Within 7-10 days after acceptance of the return, the Customer will receive a refund.
