Delivery of products - complaints

1.1 Queen Moda delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 7-10 days from the conclusion of the Contract*. During the execution of the garment, the Customer can be constantly informed of the status of the order by accessing the personal page on the Site (Account - Orders).

* The expected shipping date varies depending on the payment method and shipping address. Any change in the delivery time will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail.

1.2 Upon shipment of the goods, the Customer will receive an e-mail at the address indicated at the time of the order containing the tracking number with which to monitor the progress of the delivery.

1.3 If the Customer does not receive the article(s) purchased or the shipment is subject to unforeseen and unreported delays, please contact us at info@queenmodapositano.com.
